With grades that are rated to stay flexible down to -65°C, Elastollan® TPU is your extreme cold solution for cables for oil and gas, aerospace, robotics and automotive.

Standard Grades (rated for -40°C)

  • Elastollan® 1185 A10 (Tg -42°C)
    Outstanding mechanical properties and wear resistance.
  • Elastollan® 1185 A10 W (Tg -45°C)
    Superior flexibility and V-2 FR rating.
  • Elastollan® C 95 A10 (Tg -35°C)
    Resistance to chemicals and micro organisms.

Extreme Grades (rated for -65°C)

  • Elastollan® 1158 D10 (Tg – 69°C)
    Excellent physical properties making it suitable for demanding applications.
  • Elastollan® 1153 D13U (Tg -69°C)
    A little softer grade and currently used in injection molding for ski boots. Long term color stability (U).
  • Elastollan® A 1185 A10 (Tg -68°C)
    Aliphatic grade if you need long term color stability.
